All art remains the sole property of artist Allison Robin Smith. I reserve the right to reproduce any and all artwork sold at any time, whether it be a commission or the purchase of an original piece of art. The buyer does not have the right to reproduce purchased artwork in any way, unless discussed first and granted special permission.

Do I accept returns? In short, no. It is difficult to accept returns on one-of-a-kind pieces of art. If it is a commissioned piece of artwork, the client is given plenty of opportunities to ensure any changes that need to be made are made before the shipment of the artwork. With all this said, please do not hesitate to contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase and she will work with you to figure out if there is a possible solution.
